A super Independent Estate Agency in Coventry are looking for an experienced Valuer/Lister to join their busy team and ideally need an experienced candidate looking to earn around £40-45,000 per annum.This is a rare opportunity for a reliable and professional person looking for long term career prospects. The ideal candidate will be motivated and will help to push the business forward, come from a strong estate agency background, be an experienced estate agency valuer and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service..Duties:

• Generate Market Appraisals
• Attend market appraisals and complete take on's
• Vendor care & sales progression
