A great opportunity for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager to join a well-known multi branch brand in Hampshire.

The role will involve gaining new opportunities and business for the company, revisiting historical meetings to create new business, servicing local own to sell clients with a view to chain building, winning instructions, selling the properties and following the whole house selling process from start to finish with the rest of a focused and driven team.

You will be used to dealing with clientèle for all types of property and be comfortable advising clients on home improvements, new developments and own/company promotions.

The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, articulate, able to communicate at all levels, a natural team leader and an ambitious person who strives to be "the best of the best" in all of their endeavours.

Strong written and IT skills along with expert negotiations and pride in their work are all qualities that are expected in this challenging but rewarding role.

In return a basic salary (DoE) in the region of £30,0000 is offered with (OTE) £45,000+, giving a generous package for the right person.

Availability to work a five day week with weekends on rota is required, and a full UK licence with own car to use for business appointments.
