• Cultivating the most extensive active market share among local agents
• Expanding revenues and bolstering the property register
• Cultivating strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Maximizing branch profitability and meeting financial targets
• Overseeing employee performance through regular reviews, one-on-one sessions, and morning meetings
• Driving results through effective team management, action planning, and plan execution

The ideal candidate will:

• Bring prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service
• Possess a proven track record of target achievement and tenacity
• Demonstrate adeptness in team management
• Exhibit consistent motivation and enthusiasm
• Uphold high service and presentation standards
• Showcase excellent organizational skills
• Propose innovative ideas and initiatives for market expansion
• Own a car with a valid driving license and business use insurance
• Hold the legal right to work in the UK
