An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager / Valuer to lead the team at the Shrewsbury office. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shrewsbury branch, providing strong leadership and support to the team
• Carry out accurate property valuations and deliver expert market advice to clients
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the office’s profile in the local area
• Ensure exceptional client service and nurture long-term relationships
• Drive performance while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• A proven background in estate agency, ideally in a senior or managerial role
• Strong valuation experience and knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and capable of developing a branch and team
• Membership of NAEA or RICS (or working towards) would be advantageous
