Are you a proven Sales Negotiator who wants the opportunity to work for a leading agency in W2? Collins Property Recruitment is working with a modern, forward-thinking business with big plans for growth over the next 12-24 months. Currently, with 5 offices covering PCL, they are looking for an experienced Real Estate professional to join the company as Senior Sales Negotiator. Qualifications:

• Experience as a Senior Negotiator in a Real Estate Agency environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and local market dynamics.
• Having a results-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic Real Estate environment.

The Senior Sales Negotiator’s Benefits:

• Up to £28,000 basic salary DOE
• Plus commission
• Expected £80,000 - £90,000 OTE
• 1 in 2 Saturdays - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm on alternative Saturdays.
