Estate Agent - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

My client is a successful lettings agency who is looking for an Estate Agent to spearhead their sales department. They have a fantastic package on offer for the right candidate.

The successful Estate Agent will be offered:

• Basic: £25,000
• OTE: £35,000 - £40,000
• £3,000 Car Allowance
• Exceptional Commission Structure
• 20 Day’s holiday + Bank Holidays
• Career Progression
• Support and Training

Working Hours:

• Mondays – Friday | 08:45 – 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00
• Day in Lieu when a Saturday is worked

To be considered for the Estate Agent Role you must have:

• Experience Selling Properties
• Experience booking, attending and winning market appraisals
• Minimum of 2 years within estate agency
• Full UK Driving license

As an Estate Agent, your role will involve:

• Attending and winning market appraisals
• Booking and attending viewings
• Selling homes and being in constant contact with the vendors
• Aftersales Progression
• Negotiating offers
