Job SummaryWe are currently working on an exciting opportunity for someone to begin, or continue, a career in Lettings and Property Management. The role will be working with one of Leighton Buzzards largest Lettings and Property Management agency. Based in Leighton Buzzard headquarters, which lets or manages over 1000 properties locally, the role is offered to those with experience looking for a company that will value and reward their service, or those wishing to begin a career in the property industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and present market analyses to inform clients about property values and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Utilise marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and local advertising.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and home inspectors to facilitate transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an estate agent or similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • The ability to be well presented
  • Time Management
  • Robust Administration Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • A full UK Drivers Licence with use of own car

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9am to 5pm
  • No Bank Holidays

Salary:

  • Dependent on previous experience

Salary : 23000 - 26000
