• You will receive 8% of the net office commission.

• Having seen a significant improvement in trading conditions with increased levels of new business across the board and as one of the towns market leading Estate Agents they are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Top Class property professionals.

• Typically, with at least 5 years Estate Agency experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.

• You will be expected to win business and take care of your clients throughout the sales process.

• They don’t have separate departments with different functions delegated so your clients are managed and represented throughout the entire process by you and you are entrusted with their business from the outset.

• Day to day you will be working as part of a team to ensure your clients get the results that they have employed you for, whilst working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve the branch target and objectives.

Basic salary £28,000 plus company car. £45,000 on target earnings with office commission.
