Job Title: New Home Sales Executive
Location : St Neots
Salary : £30,000(OTE £50,000-£55,000)
Hours : 9.00-5.30 Mon-Fri and Saturday 1 in 3

Purpose of the role
- A key player for the New homes division supporting the sales progression of an impressive site.
- Managing the full 360 sales process including aftersales. Ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the general presentation of the site and the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that all relevant information required to be able to give full and accurate information to purchasers is available ad maintained at all times
- Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product.
- Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors on a regular basis.
- Ensure customer journey and milestones are met are done for all purchasers.
- Proactively work with the Sales Manager and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased Sales.
Person Specifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Property sales experience
- Experience selling NEW homes is essential
- Strong understanding of sales progression and full process
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Warm, engaging character with exceptional customer service
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
