An Award-Winning Estate Agent is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to take the helm of several offices in a busy area of North London. This role comes with bags of potential in a thriving area. The successful applicant MUST have experience managing an Estate Agency office.

Genuine £60,000 to £70,000+ On Target Earnings.

Estate Agent Senior Branch Manager - Experience:

• A high flying, talented all round Estate Agent is required, so if this is you we would love to hear from you!
• You must drive and have your own vehicle.
• You must have a proven track record of Estate Agency valuations, listings and sales.

Estate Agent Senior Branch Manager - Duties:

• Day to day you will be managing your teams across several offices whilst focussing on increasing market share throughout the business.
• This will mean getting your hands dirty and also working with the team to ensure your opportunities are maximised.
• You will take the lead on valuations and listings for your area.
• From time to time you will liaise with the Director to discuss and develop strategies in order to achieve your targets and objectives.

Estate Agent Senior Branch Manager

• On Target Earnings in the region of £60,000 - £70,000, more if you are a top performer!
• Monthly car allowance
• Various other benefits commensurate with the role
