• The successful candidate to be capable of handling all aspects of Estate Agency, from initial valuation through to sales and pipeline management and you will work closely with the Director.

• Key objectives: Sales, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.

• Basic salary to £25,000 plus personal commission of 5% on sales plus 5% on listings and rising to 7.5% with on target earnings of £45,000.
