Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Gloucester - £35k package (Pool Car available)

A great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in Gloucester. They are a business that believes in the traditional values of client care, and pride themselves on offering an honest and professional service. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer. They will also consider candidates looking for 3 - 4 days a week.

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

• • Carry out property valuations.
  • Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and all other parties involved in the house buying process.
  • To carry out daily / weekly sales progression with both buyers and vendors
  • Front office management - dealing with face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries.
  • Ensure effective management of the diary system.
  • Manage the property board site, ensuring all the boards are erected and collected.
  • Carry out sales & lettings viewings, including taking on, floorplans, pictures, and uploading to our in house system.

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Full UK licence

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 1pm
