The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting accurate property valuations (Approx 15 per week)

• Listing properties for sale

• Producing 360 tours and video reels for new listings (Training given)

• Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships

• Generating new business through proactive marketing and networking

• Providing expert advice on the local property market

• Contributing to the agency's growth and success

• Proven track record in residential property sales and valuations

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of the Coalville and North West Leicestershire property market

• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

• Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite

• NAEA, ARLA, RICS qualification (desirable)
