Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer? The Property Experts have an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to work the premium upper quartile housing market in Yorkshire

What you do:

As a self-employed agent focusing on the upper end of the property market , you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy using the local, national and international exposure offered to you within The experts group network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they handover the keys. You will market their home to the highest possible standard of presentation, exposure and service in order to achieve the best possible result.

What we do:

We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, Homesearch and other similar tools, access to the main property portals (both UK and international), new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, PR opportunities, online targeted advertising, access to branded brochures, videos and other marketing material.

The immediate team, along with head office, will support you throughout the start up and scaling of your own business along with lead generation but we must stress that this is a self employed role and you will be expected to predominantly generate your own clients and listings. We are a small and friendly team and are here to help you every step of the way.

We will provide you with all of the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great (uncapped) income and enjoy a better work/life balance.

Who are we looking for:

An experienced Agent or buisness person who has listed and sold premium homes. A strong business acumen with the motivation and desire to succeed, professionally presented and able to work professionally with U/HNW individuals - offering a very bespoke service and marketing strategy.
