Estate Agents Lettings Administrator - AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters : Job Details

A respected, long running Estate agency firm are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their successful Market Rasen branch.

For this role you will need to be extremely organised and adaptable, working closely with branch colleagues to consolidate a smooth working team.

Main duties but not exhausted to include: ·

Answering telephone calls, booking appointments and filtering calls appropriately where required to other team members ·Dealing with walk in enquiries and filtering to other team members where appropriate ·Adding new properties onto the system and property portals ·Assisting with rent payments ·Registering clients, booking viewings & valuations ·Updating window displays and handling property advertising ·Supporting the Lettings Manager with administrative tasks ·Assisting with administration tasks for business generation ·Supporting social media & marketing campaigns.We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
