Estate Manager - Head of Business Support £50k London - BSN & Co Ltd : Job Details

Our client who is a Women's refuge charity based in London is seeking an experienced "Head of Business Support" to ensure all properties and spaces used by the charity remain safe and equipped for all of their staff and service users.

The estate consists of 2 owned buildings and a further 43 leased properties through out London.

The Head of Business Support will provide expert advice and guidance to ensure they meet all of their statutory responsibilities with regards to Health & Safety compliance as well as providing innovative solutions to existing issues and ensuring changes are anticipated.

Accountabilities include :-

• Line Management of Facilities Manager & Office coordinator
• Health & Safety Compliance & Reporting
• Management and Development of Business Support Team
• Property Management Support
• IT and Telephony
• Ad hoc project wok

Suitable applicants MUST have :-

• Working towards or already achieved Chartered status of IOSH or equivalent
• NEBOSH
• Evidence of ongoing CPD

Skills & Experience :-

• Health and Safety Management experience in technical environment - residential property, social housing, maintenance or facilities
• Excellent understanding of all aspects of Health & Safety Management & Management systems ISO45001,ISO14001
• Knowledge of contractor Management
• Excellent communication verbal & written
• Excellent people Management, training and motivation skills
• Full driving licence
• Highly organised, can do approach.
