Summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking four enthusiastic Estate Operations Co-ordinators to join our Places and Estates team across multiple locations - Barnett, Colindale, East London - Dockside, Kidbrooke, Peckham and Elephant and Castle.

What You'll Do

As an Estate Operations Co-Ordinator you will assist the Estate Operations Manager, working within a team of estate management staff as well as overseeing large service contracts to deliver a first-class service to residents on a large multi-tenure estate.

Your role will focus on:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to a variety of people including diagnosing issues, providing advice, giving instructions and resolving basic or complex issues.
  • Contributing to the management of large multi-tenure estates
  • Delivering against targets and KPIs
  • Supervising the onsite estate management team and service providers
  • Performing administrative duties, including managing deliveries and providing access to contractors
  • Contributing to service charge budgets and financial planning
  • Implementing estate management strategies to improve services and value for money
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative, industry, and health & safety standard

How You'll Do It

  • Conducting regular estate inspections to maintain high standards
  • Building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams
  • Providing first-class on-site management services to customers
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Delivering improved resident satisfaction results within budget constraints
  • Driving service improvement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring timely completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions
  • Attending stakeholder meetings and providing accurate input and follow-up

  • Experience of working within a team delivering large-scale estate management services
  • Experience of analysing processes and service delivery in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Experience of working on or as part of multi-tenure estates
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
