Job Description :

Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a pro-active and practical Estate Services Coordinator - someone to manage, coordinate and support the national delivery of Estate Services provided to our customers.

You’ll coordinate and deliver the administration of the estate services contracts providing reports and administrative support at contract meetings. You’ll lead and manage contract variations administration, service queries and complaints for failed service delivery and lead the focus on reducing service complaints and identifying areas of dissatisfaction and implementing service improvement plans.

Providing contractor invoice support, ensuring accurate invoicing against service delivery, you’ll lead on managing the 'Customer Reporting Tool’, monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within estates and assist in budgeting and financial tracking for estate management activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous relevant experience in the provision of estate services, preferably gained within the social housing sector.
  • Be able to manage Estate Services contracts.
  • Have a strong commitment to the delivery of a high level of customer service.
  • Understand relevant legislation and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be able to work proactively at a fast pace and under pressure, using own initiative and within a team, to meet objectives and targets and changing priorities.
  • Have strong literacy skills.
  • Have good knowledge of IT Applications.
  • Be able to communicate confidently and work effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Be an effective decision maker.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
