Estate Surveyor

£345 per day

Contract until March 2025

Working with a local council who are hiring an Estate Surveyor to join their team of Surveyors.

Responsibilities:

You will deliver a professional property advice on land and property issues including estate compliance, landlord & tenant, inspections, asset insurance, account valuation, boundary disputes and much more

• The portfolio of properties will vary in size with a variety of cases

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified or a BSc holder who is pursing the APC, with experience in a property/estates team in a public sector
