Location: North Lincolnshire (On site)Salary: £40,000+ (Negotiable) + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced Estates Director to lead the management and strategic development of a multi school property portfolio.

Overview:

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead the maintenance and cleaning teams of a small multiple academy trust, ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with Health and Safety regulations.

A typical week:

• Lead estate management team across sites
• Ensure sites are safe & adhere to Health & Safety regulations
• Manage estates-related budgets & contracts
• Analyse progress & report to other senior leaders

You'll need the following:

• Experience in estates or facilities management
• Team & budget management experience
• Strong health & safety & risk assessment knowledge
• Excellent relationship building & organisational skills
• Car Driver (essential)
