Your new companyYou will join a landlord who provides a safety first culture, delivering affordable, profitable, efficient, and customer-orientated commercial estate management services across all workplaces. Your new employer are an award-winning provider of social housing, with their day to day operation involving the management and maintenance of stock across the Southwest, primarily in Somerset and Wiltshire. Your new roleYour new role will involve overseeing a portfolio of workplaces, ensuring health & safety and compliance, and excellent workspace experience for all colleagues, customers, and visitors.

• You will lead, motivate, and develop a team, maintaining core values and professional conduct.
• Support the delivery of the workspace roadmap, including overseeing maintenance, refurbishments, health & safety.
• Manage relationships with landlords and tenants, ensure compliance documentation is shared.
• Oversee system support, using clean, usable data for decision-making.
• Promote sustainability and environmental awareness.
• Project management, delivering medium to large-scale capital projects.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a proven ability in estate and facilities management, organisation of multiple tasks, overseeing budget responsibility and effective contract management, management of small teams, and preparation or risk assessments. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive an initial fixed contract of up to 24 months, and a salary of £48,000 per year. You'll also be entitled to a wide range of employment benefits to include generous annual leave entitlement + bank holidays, access to an employer contributory pension scheme, and a hybrid / flexible working arrangement.
