Your new roleYour new role will involve overseeing a portfolio of workplaces, ensuring health & safety and compliance, and excellent workspace experience for all colleagues, customers, and visitors.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a proven ability in estate and facilities management, organisation of multiple tasks, overseeing budget responsibility and effective contract management, management of small teams, and preparation or risk assessments. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive an initial fixed contract of up to 24 months, and a salary of £48,000 per year. You'll also be entitled to a wide range of employment benefits to include generous annual leave entitlement + bank holidays, access to an employer contributory pension scheme, and a hybrid / flexible working arrangement.
