Job Description :

Estates Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of maintenance, new development & refurbishment projects for a portfolio of agrictultural properties.

Client Details

The Estates Project Coordinator will work within the Estates team and support the project management of property maintenance, new developments, refurbishments and administration activities across the Agricultural property portfolio.

You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget frameworks, ensuring sites are fully compliant in line with relevant legislation and regulations.

This position requires strong organisational and programme and project management skills, attention to detail, assertiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient function of estate-related activities.

Description

  • To assist with and coordinate daily estate management activities including but not limited to those associated with repairs and maintenance, and routine property inspections.
  • To work within the property team to ensure that facilities are functional and safe and compliant.
  • Oversee for property maintenance activities and inspections, and tenant communications.
  • To carry out routine property inspections and audits
  • Liaise with third party contractors, designers, suppliers, local government, utilities providers etc.
  • To support activities required to deliver construction and development activities across the estate with a particular focus on the refurbishment and rebuilding of existing farms, and the creation of new ones

Profile

Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Proven experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role, ideally within the Agricultural sector
  • Strong organisational and project and programme management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Town and Country Planning and Environmental Permitting
  • Acceptance to travel and work away from home as and when required
  • Ability to build strong relationships based on integrity, trust, and respected financial / budgetary judgement.
  • Flexible with the ability to prioritise effectively and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise independent professional judgement within an overall business context.
  • Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to deliver projects in line with target objectives

Job Offer
