Our client, a dynamic and reputable organisation in the south-east, is seeking a talented Estimator to join their team. Job title: Estimator

Location: Ashford based business. You would be convering the South East & London.

Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 OTE £80,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with potential clients to assess their requirements and offer valuable advice
• Conduct site surveys to gather essential information for accurate estimations
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout projects
• Utilise our client's ECRM database to keep accurate records and streamline processes
• Take the lead in generating new opportunities through thorough research and regular client contact
• Prepare sketches, maps, and reports to support the sales team in pricing materials
• Estimate labour and plant requirements for each project
• Assess complaints and implement necessary adjustments and repairs
• Ensure compliance with Company and Statutory Health and Safety requirements

Requirements:

• Surveying experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persistence, resilience, and the ability to think quickly and clearly
• A good all-round education and strong computer skills
• Full UK driving licence
