Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + profit related bonus

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator - Commercial Fit Out will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
• Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £100k to circa £5m+

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Commercial Fit Out with:

• Must have estimating experience within the fit out market sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
