Project Manager - Fit-Out and Refurbishment

Location: London

Salary: £55k - £65k Per annum

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in estimating within the fit-out of Restaurant and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to produce accurate take-offs and cost plans.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure cost efficiency.
• Assist in value engineering and provide cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market rates.
• Present cost estimates and budgets to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in estimating within the fit-out (Restaurants and Hospitality) industry.
• Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate estimates within tight deadlines.
