Estimator - Futures Recruitment : Job Details

Futures recruitment are looking to appoint an estimator for one of the fastest growing manufacturing business in the east riding going through a period of sustained growth. The successful Estimator will be a part of a well-established team within a business that care about the development of their staff. You will come from a construction background and have the ability to provide clients with cost and budget plans. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus scheme enhanced holidays and pension.

Estimator Roles & Responsibilities: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

• Provide cost and budget plans
• Understanding of JCT and NEC Contracts
• Ability to work with projects from start all the way through to completion
• Experience of high value low volume projects
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Preparation of tender documentation

Skills & Qualifications: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

• Experience within the construction industry
• Qualified within a suitable construction field
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Driving license
• Excellent phone manner.
