Due to a recent surge in work, they are looking to expand their team with this excellent opportunity.In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and take on various responsibilities within the estimating process. You will be involved from the initial enquiry stage to the final submission, preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing specifications, drawings, and other related documents to determine labour and material expenses. Additionally, you will liaise with in-house and on-site staff to gain a clear understanding of project requirements. Among other responsibilities, you will also be involved in the tender submission process, where you will negotiate prices with clients to secure contracts successfully.The ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience in the construction sector on a variety of projects putting together successful tenders, and is seeking a long-term opportunity within a reputable construction company.This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a respected and expanding construction company, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients while receiving support for further technical and professional development.
