Job Description:

• To ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded
• To provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry to the client’s return from their holiday
• To handle holiday enquiries professionally, offering helpful and precise guidance
• To manage incoming calls from direct clients and travel agency partners, assess their needs, and recommend suitable holiday itineraries
• To process online bookings and respond to email enquiries efficiently
• To manage payments accurately
• To attend relevant industry workshops and events to enhance knowledge and networking
• To contribute to the development of the company’s holiday programmes by suggesting areas for improvement, innovation, and new destination ideas
• To travel abroad to familiarise yourself with the countries we feature, ensuring first-hand knowledge of the destinations

Experience Required:

• Must have previous sales experience within the travel industry
• Strong geographical knowledge of Europe or South America
• Excellent written English
• Strong sales techniques and professional telephone manner
• Experience working to reach sales targets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and colleagues
