Role Overview

A new opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Research department at Savills, the leading global real estate services provider, which will be based at their head office in London.

The role involves collecting data, maintaining databases and analysing data on the European commercial property market. Data is primarily collected from local market researchers across our European network, and is then entered onto an in-house database.

Other tasks will include assistance in producing pan-European research reports and supporting the European research team and its clients on an ad-hoc basis.

Some European travel may be required as part of this role.

Team Overview

The pan-European research team works on multi-jurisdictional reports across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The team works closely with the local research teams across all of our network, as well as with other specialist regional research teams, and is led by Mat Oakley. The individual will be part of a team of three (one director, one associate director, and this role).

Due to the current general salary threshold requirement for this role Savills are unable to provide skilled worker visa, sponsorship.
