EV Quantity Surveyor

Clarke Telecom is seeking an EV Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, supporting the delivery of their current EV projects. This role is crucial to ensuring cost efficiency across all stages of their EV projects while safeguarding quality and maximising profitability. The EV Quantity Surveyor will work closely with current EV clients, help with bids for new EV clients, subcontractors and internal teams to manage costs, drive value, and uphold the company’s high standard of service.
As an EV Quantity Surveyor you will oversee all commercial aspects of the EV projects, from tendering and contract sum production to cost monitoring and final account preparation.
The role involves producing cost-value analysis and financial reports using our internal systems and a good knowledge of excel is required. You will contribute to post-implementation reviews, leveraging insights to enhance future project delivery. Additionally you will assist in managing budgets, ensuring projects meet turnover and margin targets.
We are looking for someone with expert knowledge of electrical engineering and construction predominately in electrical utilities sector, previous DNO / ICP / EV experience would be advantageous and you will possess excellent commercial awareness and understanding of market prices.
