The Position: As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for the award-winning event with the Design and Build Portfolio. Working closely with the Portfolio Director to stay on top of strategy, P&L, execution, sales and team commercials.This role combines operations, sales, budget awareness, marketing and much more!Working with your direct reports to overcome challenges, selling a variety of event and sponsorship packages to hit targets and make the event a success.Lead and develop your team to the best of your ability, and work with clients both virtually and face to face to ensure their needs are met.Understand the deliverables of the project and ensure timescales are stuck to and you’re delivering on the strategy. About you:
- Minimum 2 Years as an Event Manager or Senior Sales Manager(covering everything mentioned in the above)
- Leadership & Team Management experience
- Strong Sales ability – lead from the front!
- Strong operational management skills
- Creative, Position and Ambitious!
