Event Manager - Live Recruitment : Job Details

Hybrid working – 4 days in London – working with one of the UK’s most established events and brand agency. You MUST have experience working within an event agency to be considered for this role.

Globally recognised as “the” agency to work for and with continued growth and development this is an opportunity not to be missedTHE ROLEWith a hugely busy events portfolio this innovative agency are now looking for an experienced Event Manager to join one of their leading client accounts! You will be responsible for working with their most profitable accounts, managing large scale, high profile (and high budget) international events this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

• Working closely with the wider team across a range of projects• Managing full event logistics• Working with complex stakeholder groups and internal teams• Ensuring schedules are adhered to and project documentation is complete• Ensuring project timescales are communicated effectively• Supplier and venue liaison and management• Taking full responsibility for elements of the event• Budget management• Onsite management of events• Assisting with reconciliation post event
