Role Title: Events Administrator
Reports to: Senior Events Manager
Based: Battersea / Clapham area
Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time - Immediate start to January 2025
Work Arrangement: 40 hours per week, Flexible hours required
Salary: £27-£32 k
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the Events Administrator will provide admin and production support to the wider Events team. This role is best suited to someone who possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organisational skills. Providing 5 star customer service is a non-negotiable to this person.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Administration Support
- Managing ticketing inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting with managing event bookings and venue schedules
- Researching to support the production team as required
- General office support with adhoc tasks
- Providing reception cover when needed, answering phone and email enquiries
- Ensuring all supplier’s paperwork is checked and uploaded to the system
- Raising contracts and agreements, ensuring all aspects of the event are clearly outlined and protected
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Updating the booking system with all confirmed event details, ensuring all details are documented and ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts
- Supporting the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager with various projects, taking ownership and initiative
Event Production
- Supporting the Head of Events and Production Teams with the delivery of events produced by the company
- Assisting with the physical set up and dismantling of events, including the management of contractors and suppliers and the distribution and return of events equipment / stores and vehicles as required
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer facing role
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff and senior management
- Proficient in a range of office software: Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently against deadlines
- Proactive approach and pride yourself on going the extra mile to create 5 star customer service
- Ability to work autonomously while readily collaborating with the wider events team
- This role may require schedule flexibility - including late nights, early mornings and weekend work to deliver events - this will be agreed in advance
