This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially aware Events Executive to join a distinctive London based law firm which is going through an exciting period of growth.

You will be joining a busy events team of four, who support on firm-wide, practice area and internationally focused events as well as some internal events. The team also supports fee earners in relation to any client hospitality. The successful individual will be responsible for executing numerous online and in-person events, providing expert advice and guidance to the firm’s fee earners and BD team. You will lead on these events end-to-end, from planning and objective setting through to execution and post-event analysis, adhering to policies, protocols, guidelines, best practices and metrics to ensure a high level of programme consistency, cost management, continual improvement and meeting host and attendee satisfaction. The Events Executive will be tasked with the production of event materials as well as sending out event invitations and other event communications and monitoring responses, regularly updating the CRM system. In addition, the role holder will be responsible for setting, updating and reconciling event budgets, reviewing and negotiating event contracts and managing the post-event process, ensuring post-event analytics are communicated with the relevant Business Development Manager.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate past success in managing high-quality events in a professional services organisation, which were executed to the highest standard and met all client and firm expectations. With a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with developments in the events industry, the ideal candidate will possess first class communication skills, a professional approach to internal client care and a strong ability to adhere to strict deadlines, balance different requests and work well under pressure.
