Are you an experienced Events & Hospitality Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in the sporting industry? A well-known organisation in Mansfield is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their team and take the lead in managing and developing their hospitality operations.

Role Overview:

• Position: Events & Hospitality Manager

• Location: Mansfield

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + additional benefits

• Contract: Full-time, permanent

• Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the hospitality team and oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

• Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of events, private functions, and other activities.

• Maximise revenue by developing new event opportunities and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of all hospitality services.

• Handle event logistics, from setting up spaces to agreeing menus, managing event budgets, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in events and hospitality management

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to supporting staff and delivering exceptional service.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• A proactive attitude to identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.
