The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be recruiting an Events Manager for our prestigious client in St Andrews!

Location: St Andrews.

Pay: Depending on Experience.

Contract: Permanent.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work due to business needs.

Your duties as an Events Manager will include…

  • In charge of successfully coordinating and facilitating all corporate and social events while exceeding budgetary objectives and customer expectations.
  • Effectively managing the Event Sales Enquiry process to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Leading, and mentoring your team members to promote high employee engagement and career advancement.
  • Developing positive working connections with all meeting planners through programme development and implementation.
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings as required

What our client is looking for in an Events Manager…

  • Ability to generate revenue and develop an up selling culture among team members.
  • Knowledge with managing major events
  • An individual with previous experience in a Luxury/five-star environment.
  • Must hold a Driver's Licence.
