About the Role:As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exams are conducted smoothly and in line with JCQ regulations. Schools in Sheffield rely on dedicated individuals like you to create a calm and professional environment for students to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up the exam hall, including arranging seating and distributing exam materials.
• Welcoming students into the exam hall and ensuring a positive, organised atmosphere.
• Monitoring students during exams to ensure they follow JCQ guidelines.
• Assisting with any queries or concerns from students in a supportive manner.
• Clearing away the exam hall and organising materials after the exam.

Requirements:

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards within the education and training sector.

Pay Rate:

• £12.82 per hour.
