Working on our schools behalf, We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Exams Officer to oversee all aspects of the examination process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and administration of all internal and external examinations.
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with staff, students, and external exam bodies to facilitate smooth exam operations.
- Maintain accurate records and manage exam-related documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to students regarding examination procedures and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an exams officer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with exam management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
