Exams Officer - Secondary School in North London

Are you an experienced and organised Exams Officer seeking a new opportunity? A secondary school in Haringey is looking for a n experienced Exams Officer to take on this important role, with an January/February start. This position will run until the end of the academic year and has the potential to become permanent.

As the Exams Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of internal and external examinations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Exam Coordination: Liaising with teaching staff, exam boards, and students to organise and manage exam arrangements.
• Results Management: Accurately recording and reporting exam results.
• Administration: Handling examination entries, ensuring secure storage and distribution of exam materials.
• Logistics: Setting up exam rooms, preparing timetables, and overseeing the allocation and management of invigilators.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience: Previous experience as a school Exams Officer is essential.
• Organisation: Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure compliance with examination board regulations.
• Communication Skills: The ability to liaise effectively with students, staff, and examination boards.
