Exams Officer - Temporary Positions (2 Openings)

We are currently seeking two temporary Exams Officers for our Aylesbury and Wycombe campuses. These roles are crucial in managing and overseeing the examination processes at each location. This is an excellent opportunity for organised and detail-oriented individuals looking to contribute to the smooth running of our exam services.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Coordinate and oversee all examination processes at the campus.
• Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and standards.
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of exams to ensure a seamless operation.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external bodies regarding exam schedules and procedures.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the examination period promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and information.
• Experience in an educational setting or similar role is preferred but not essential.
