My client, a leading specialist consultancy, is seeking an Executive Administrator to manage client relations, compliance processes, and administrative functions. The role involves a blend of client management, compliance, and light consultative selling (no cold calling). It is mostly remote, with the flexibility of attending the office just once a month, allowing you the autonomy to excel in your duties.

Key Responsibilities:• Act as the key liaison point for highly valued clients, managing queries, explaining services, and coordinating workshops and coaching sessions.• Maintain and utilise the CRM system to capture data, produce reports, and manage client interactions.• Coordinate meetings for directors and provide executive support.• Manage the in-house client portal, ensuring smooth functionality and onboarding of new users.• Oversee budgets, purchase orders (POs), and general finance tasks.• Deliver consultative sales support, helping clients understand and maximise their use of services.• Ensure high levels of compliance, GDPR management, and implement best practices.• Lead projects, conduct research, and drive process improvements.• Support marketing activities, including managing website content and LinkedIn updates.• Manage the ordering of consumables and handle administrative needs for the team.

About You:• Experienced senior Administrator, ideally from a professional services background.• Graduate-calibre with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.• Proactive and solution-focused, able to work independently in a remote environment.• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.• Knowledgeable in GDPR compliance and administrative processes.• Comfortable with project management and supporting marketing activities.• Confident handling finance tasks such as budget management and purchase orders.
