AJ Chambers are representing a prestigious law firm who are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic 8 person Bridging & Property team at our City office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide comprehensive support to the Partner and ensure the seamless operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Partner, managing their schedule, appointments, and correspondence with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Office Administration: Oversee office administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, managing office supplies, and maintaining an organised and efficient work environment.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the Partner and clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring client needs are met promptly.
- Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, both internally and externally, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Project Assistance: Support the Partner with various projects, research tasks, and strategic strategic initiatives, providing valuable input and follow-up.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and databases.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
