Reed Epsom are currently supporting a client with the recruitment of a high-level private and personal EA who is highly organised and dedicated and has experience working with owners / CEO of a business. This is a varied and multi-faceted role that will see you support both Directors across all areas of the business, this includes supporting marketing initiative and plan, diary coordination, organising and hosting internal events and helping run the studio. This role has a broad remit and therefore you will need to have the tenacity and passion to truly flourish in such a pivotal role.

This role will cover: EA support, Personal support, Events & Marketing, Office Management,
EA support
- Manage annual business diary (key events)
- Arrange travel and administration of expenses
- Diary management
- Weekly catch up meetings with both directors’
Private
- Vets/Dog groom
- Dealing with car and house insurance claims
- Arranging car mot’s, servicing and car insurance
- Ordering gifts for family and friends
- Ordering dog food
- Ordering print cartridges for the directors’ home printers
- Sorting out any home IT issues
- Speaking to gardeners and arranging any work to be done
- Reminding and helping with work to be completed at CG’ house
- Booking restaurants
- Phone contracts and phone issues
- Booking holidays / hotels / taxis
- Booking events
- Assisting with home purchases and returns
- Keeping record and ordering of vitamins and medication
- BA travel vouchers
- Assisting with passport and driving license renewals
- Medical appointments (doctors, hospital and dentists)
- Arranging home maintenance i.e. oven cleans, clearing gutters, chimney sweeps etc
- Ad hoc as required
You
- Own vehicle
- Suit someone with strong EA experience and skill set, ideally someone with marketing experience and passion who wants to make the role their own and can also demonstrate:
- Support to Director level, who has experience of working in a fast-paced owner led business while being accessible and supportive to the wider team
- Advanced Office 365 including Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Great organiser with high level of accuracy, attention to detail and recall
- Handling confidential and sensitive information discretely
- Prioritising competing tasks, meeting deadlines in a well organised, confident and calm manner
- Articulate, a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
