We are seeking a highly skilled Group Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Group Executive team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage schedules, coordinate travel, draft reports, and handle high-level correspondence. You will be the face of the executive team, delivering first-class customer service and representing our values in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and correspondence for Group Executives. Draft and edit reports, letters, and presentations to a high standard. Organise and service meetings, including preparing papers and taking minutes. Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Lead on project work, including research and presenting findings.

Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience in senior administration roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
