Executive Assistant

Join our corporate team as an Executive Assistant and provide comprehensive support services to our local team. This role is ideal for someone with a professional services background, preferably with experience supporting legal professionals. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Manage and delegate tasks to support teams, including multiple lawyers, ensuring efficient workflow and prioritisation.
- Organise and attend business development and project meetings, handle travel arrangements, and manage event logistics.
- Engage in networking and use platforms like LinkedIn to enhance business relationships and firm visibility.
- Support client service excellence by managing client/matter creation, ensuring compliance, and handling client communications.
- Coordinate diary management, ensuring all appointments are well-organised with necessary documentation and follow-ups.
- Oversee financial and billing processes, including liaising with finance teams, preparing invoices, and managing expense claims.
- Utilise firm’s digital technologies for data management and client services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting legal professionals.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office and data management software.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
