Age UK has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant. This vital role will provide professional, proactive and timely executive support to the Chief Brand & Communications Officer and the Executive Fundraising Director.
The Executive Fundraising Director is responsible for the delivery of £60M+ voluntary income, providing strategic leadership to a division of 50+ members of staff.
The Chief Brand & Communications Officer has responsibility for media and engagement, brand and content strategy and internal communications, providing strategic leadership to a division of 40+ members of staff.
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the natural ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
We're looking for a person that is a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, and efficient.40% of this role is working closely with the Fundraising Director to provide 1:1 EA support, ensuring their time is efficiently coordinated.40% of this role is working closely with the Chief Brand & Communications Officer, to provide 1:1 EA support, ensuring their time is efficiently coordinated.20% of this role is providing wider admin support for both divisions, office management, managing divisional projects and coordinating large cross-divisional integrated projects.

Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to regularly commute to our central London office near Tower Hill, minimum twice per week (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays) but more frequently if required. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.
