Description
Duties of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
- Implement and maintain office systems and procedures.
- Manage databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Assist in the organisation of company events and functions.
- Support with lifestyle management
