You will be supporting a personable and engaging Founder, assisting with a mix of both business and personal duties. This is a primarily remote role, with some flexibility required to be in Central London as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable to change, and an excellent multitasker, able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease. - Possesses previous experience working successfully in a similar role
- Personable and energetic with a strong work ethic and the ability to work with various stakeholders seamlessly
- You will demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and be a confident self – starter
- Someone who comes from a creative agency or tech background is desirable
What you will do:
- Support the Founder with 80% business and 20% personal duties
- Diligent diary management
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, transfers, airfare, and hotel bookings
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and format documents
- Support finance tasks, including expense management
- Assist in HR processes, including onboarding and team support
- Liaise with IT providers to ensure employee setups and access
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business functioning
- Manage Founder family’s diaries and travel arrangements
- Assist with personal administrative tasks (e.g., holiday planning, car insurance, gift buying, etc.)
