This is a dual-role position, providing high-level EA support to directors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. With a strong family feel culture, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level EA support to directors, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, suppliers, and facilities to ensure a well-run and professional working environment.
- Event Management: Organize corporate events, investor meetings, team socials, and off-site activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle expenses, invoices, office budgets, and supplier contracts.
- HR & Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, managing office policies, and maintaining a positive office culture.
- Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for key clients, investors, and external stakeholders.

- Proven experience as an EA & Office Manager within financial services, advisory, or a similar corporate environment.
- Strong ability to manage complex diaries, travel schedules, and high-level administrative tasks.
- Experience coordinating events, from internal team socials to investor meetings.
- Highly discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- London-based, with the ability to be in the office full-time, Monday to Friday.
