As we gear up for significant growth in 2025, we are seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and building a strong network within Central Government
• Conducting market mapping and identifying potential target clients
• Engaging with clients through various channels to provide recruitment support
• Using a consultative sales approach to identify client requirements
• Qualifying job specifications and ensuring compliance with different government frameworks
• Networking externally with clients
• Talent pooling for the future growth of your target clients
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve targets and exceed clients' expectations

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience, including IT, Procurement, or Commercial
• A full 360 recruitment background
• Proven track record in new business development and lead generation
• Strong network and understanding of the public sector, particularly the central government sector
